Maternal Healthcare
The Maternity Home was opened on September 11, 2019. Our team has been on full time rotation providing 24/7 care for the moms of La Ceiba. During our years of oversight and financial stewardship we have served 2,200+ mothers. Learn More >>

Connect Global is doing our part to help students stay enrolled, return to the classroom, and receive the life-changing education they deserve.
Students worldwide are at risk of falling behind on their education and those who are most vulnerable are at risk to lose the most.

Aquaponics
Our organization has built, managed, and overseen multiple aquaponics projects across Honduras and in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Colombia. Our leadership has worked in Central America for over 18 years, and we have a local Honduran cohort of advisors, directors, and volunteers who we have worked with on these projects as well as other life-giving programs. Our History
2011
Connect Global was founded.
We were founded as an organization that set out to find sustainable solutions to solvable problems like lack of education, clean water, and hunger
2015
Our founders moved to Honduras to launch Connected Community.
The Mendoza Family moved to initiate locally-driven community outreach to grow Connect Global's ability to serve those in need.
2019
The Maternity Home opened.
Connect Global operates a 24-bed facility with a staff of 6 who are available 24 hours a day and serve the mothers who have given birth at a regional hospital and whose babies are in the NICU
2021
The Global Education Fund is Launched.
After years of focusing on education initiatives, we launched a Global Education Fund that helps keep kids in classrooms, supports teachers and staff, and provides books, tech, and uniforms.

We Lead Change.
Everything we do starts with learning. We learn as much as we can about a problem or a need. What is the root, how has this been tackled before, and how can we make it better. We learn Where we can create or help promote a sustainable, life-improving project and we get busy. Each initiative starts with tangible needs and moves towards a track record of ongoing success and evident momentum from the next generation.

Sustainable projects produce results to meet a tangible need with resources left over to produce a new project without ongoing, outside support. Our current projects are based around Aquaponics, a sustainable food-producing system, Supporting International Business Leaders, Investing in Education and Educators, Partnering with organizations centered around Health and well-being, and other causes that sustain life.
