Trip Dates August 16-23 2012

As many of you may now realize, our trip to Cusuna is fast approaching. It is now time to confirm attendees and finalize our preparations.

Please complete a trip application this week. We will also need to begin recieving the trip costs so that airline tickets can be purchased and other arrangements can be made for the team.

The financial schedule is:
$500 due by July 20th.
$1000 due by August 3rd.
Grand Total of $1500 due by August 10th.
