Casa Cielo Childrens Home

Over 6 years ago, Casa Cielo received their first children. They were severely malnourished with parasites, worms, and lice. Many had been neglected and abused.
Casa Cielo is located in the beachfront community of Roma, about 20 minutes east of La Cieba, Honduras. Its home to Leonard (Papa) and Marie (Mama) Jones and the twenty four children that they have brought into their home.
June 9-16, we completed a trip to Casa Cielo, where we began installing a new Aquaponic system which will be a part of helping feed and teach several of the most amazing kids in the world.
Casa Cielo currently is home to 11 boys and 14 girls ranging in age from 2 months to 7 years of age. 15 of them are school age, from pre K to 2nd grade.
